Meditation and Breathing
Do you know how to meditate mindfully? Do you know how to breathe ( I mean deep full body breath work)? I am a meditation and breathe coach and have taught this to all age groups from high school students to men and women in the 80’s. I can do this with you on the phone or in person. I can guide you into mindful meditation by teaching you how to deep breath and quiet your thoughts and open your heart and place your body in a state of deep relaxing, calming, soothing and restorative well being—once I teach you this you can use these techniques and integrate them into your daily life and learn how to be peaceful, calm and relaxed no matter what your circumstance or situation. You can learn the basics in a single session or we can go deeper and open at the soul level.
